Every event, family, and child is different. There are no two occasions that are the same. However, I strive to be transparent. All base pricing below includes preparation time, local travel, and hourly on-site coverage.

White Pine Package

This stay-and-play care package is ideal for a family that needs care within a home, hotel, or Airbnb. The focus of this package is adapting to children's needs while maintaining routine, whether they are from a different time zone, have a hard time separating from family, or just need a little more attention; we do it all and can focus all our attention on your children with this package.

  • Care at 1 residential location
  • Care for 2 families, max 3 children
    (Additional nannies available)
  • Age Appropriate Toys
  • Light Snacks
  • Stability and Routine
This package starts at $30/hour.

Elm Experience

This package is ideal for a family that only needs care at an event venue. We handle it all. Our focus is on safety, minimizing interruptions, helping children adjust during transitions, and meeting the needs of all "Mini Makers" and "Mini Movers" alike. Hosts, parents, and couples can sit back, relax, and enjoy the children incorporated in the ways they choose.

  • Care at one (1) venue location
  • Care for 1 families, max 2 children
    (Additional nanny available)
  • Age Appropriate Toys
  • Light Snacks
  • Stability and Routine
  • Getting the children ready
  • Nap Setup Available

This package starts at $100/hour.

Maple Medley

This package is ideal for a family that needs care within a home, hotel, or Airbnb AND at an event venue.
